Easy slow cooker chili

This is pretty good: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/223390/spicy-slow-cooked-chili/. Maybe cut the salt by half, or more. I added a sliced jalapeno, too.

Roast Potatoes (the best)

 I love this recipe for roasted potatoes. Boiling them with salt and baking soda makes them perfectly crispy. Wegmans didn't have potatoes labeled Yukon Gold, but instead, "yellow". The grocer said they were the same. We used duck fat in the recipe. 

Filet Mignon

 This recipe is by far the best steak that I have made at home.
